Very disappointing experience at this beautiful restaurant. I would recommend coming here for a drink to enjoy the terrace and saving your dollars for the wine store. The nice presentations couldn’t offset the food. The tartare was tasteless and chewy, the tuna crudo seemed off (I’ve never not finished a plate of crudo in my life), the tomato starter is served in a bowl of water (?) which makes the plate watery… The only notable dish was the delicious mashed potatoes with olive oil. The service was also mediocre - specials were rattled off mechanically, the main course silverware was just dumped in front of us without being set, and timing was generally very slow. To top it, we were told that we were wrong when we gave feedback at the end.

The food and atmosphere was really nice and the waiters have a good attitude. However, it is a little bit expensive compare to the other local restaurants. Very nice place to visit on your special day with your better half. When I visited here, I was a bit embarrassed because my cloths were same as the waiter’s uniform. Please avoid white shirts with brown trousers.

Utterly disappointing food and truly slow service last night....but with kind staff. Bonito, cervice, aubergine grillee and pizzete with mushy horrid looking mushroom whith NO truffle were inedible. The green pea veloute was fresh and pleasant. Apparently the bouillabaisse, cote de boeuf, veal and puddings were acceptable but so they should at that exhorbitant price after a very long wait. Such a pitty, the elegant tables under and around the magnificent plane tree are an inviting delight...especially now that the pond nearby has been filled in and the mosquitoes have mostly flown away. The summer before, the voracious insects made us and other customers, leave our tables in haste, swirlingnapkins in vain! We were currently looking forward to validate amongst friends, the Estoublon, for a fortcoming family wedding but we unanimously voted against it! Charming place if we could only eat with our eyes!👀

Not sure I would ever have found this place on my own but I was lucky that a friend brought me here for a superb lunch on the terrace with a glass of dry rosé. The surroundings, the menu and service were all top class.

Attended Gypsy Music Monday evening meal and music night. Spectacular food, wonderful singers with Spanish guitar. A magical evening, in an exceptional setting. The staff are professional, kind and very helpful. We were the only English …
